As a vegetarian I always find Sunday lunch a chore. The rest of the family pile on the chicken, pork or beef while I usually have just the vegetables. Today I decided to be different and make an effort but I only had 20 minutes to do it in.
A quick scan of the cupboard revealed a pack of Zaytoun fair trade cous cous and a tin of Granovita Hotpot. Add couple more items out of fridge and voila!
So what did use:
- One tin of Granovita organic hotpot (bought from Ethical Superstore)
- One pack of 250grammes of Zaytoun Cous Cous (bought from Traidcraft)
- One Kallo Low Salt Vegetable stock cube (bought Ethical Superstore)
- 50 grammes of frozen organic petit pois (bought from Ocado)
